The latter is accessed via the TV room on the pool terrace and is great for teenagers or children. It could also work well with bedroom four across the courtyard as a family suite. Each bedroom (other than the bunk room) stands alone, with a separate entrance giving more privacy. The communal living/dining room on the upper floor has high ceilings, a dining table for 14, and doors onto a sea-facing balcony with seating and shade. An external spiral staircase leads down to the pool terrace, giving access to two bedrooms, a fully equipped gym, and a separate massage/treatment room.
There are plenty of other places to relax and enjoy the views, both under awnings for shade or on sun loungers, around the 17-metre infinity swimming pool. There is table tennis on the upper terrace and a private boules court with views out to the Ionian Sea. The expertly designed gardens provide privacy while blending into the Corfiot landscape.
Snorkelling gear is available at the house, and arrangements can be made for additional water sports. Golf enthusiasts will find a course located 38 km away. The coastline boasts numerous beaches and picturesque villages, many with beachfront tavernas. The nearest beach, Avlaki, is just a 5-minute stroll away and features two tavernas, including the local favourite, Cavo Barbaro. Explore other breathtaking seaside spots like Nissaki, Kassiopi, and Agni. For a change of scenery, venture into the mountains to visit Old Perithia, a 14th-century Venetian-style village. It’s a perfect destination to enjoy the crisp mountain air, admire stunning vistas, and unwind with a meal or drink at one of its traditional tavernas.
